[問題] 重量與數量的疑問
健身才一個月的極新手發問
比如說我目前的平胸握推為30公斤
每組12下,共四組,最後一組的最後一下達到力竭
這個狀態已經持續了兩周
若想達到肌肥大的效果
未來是要加重5~10公斤
接著改為每組8下,共四組
還是加重後一樣維持12下?
