[問題] 一週重訓幾天?
各位巨巨好!因為上班的關係 重訓時間非常不固定,又礙於肌肥大一個部位至少要兩次..
目前是安排一天重訓兩個部位(有嘗試三個部位但體力無法負擔)
w1:胸+3頭
w2:背+2頭
w3:腿+肩
w4:休
w5:胸+3頭
w6:背+2頭
w7:腿+肩
因為至少要兩次肌肥大效果才會好?這樣等於一週要練六天,但有時上班要一整天實在擠不
出時間來運動 !不知道該怎麼調整課表比較好?
