[問題] 增肌但又需要減肥 該怎辦?
像平常 我習慣健身完 我會去麥當勞點2個雙層牛+玉米濃湯2杯
我朋友都說不肥死你 剛健身的都沒了
牛肉是可以長肌肉.....玉米濃湯也有蛋白質!!
不然都不吃怎把我肌肉長大?
我這樣吃會有問題嗎???
體重是有點胖 177/84.8......不太想直接全吃高蛋白粉.......
我這樣體重該怎樣吃?
