[問題] 是不是該休息一陣子了
我是個健身半年的新手,想要增肌,在練了半年一個禮拜練五天,前三個月是全身摸索,後兩個月一天一部位一個禮拜兩循環,或許是動作不標準,肩頰骨跟筋膜好像有發炎加上心理有點因為飲食以及健身菜單搞得有點鑽牛角尖,是不是應該讓自己休息個一個月好好調整自己的身體及心裡讓自己可以更健康的面對往後的訓練呢?
