[問題] 硬舉 闊背
硬舉可以拿來當作練闊背的動作嗎?
最近接觸硬舉,練完闊背超級有感
還是闊背會痠只是因為在硬舉時必須維持不圓背而酸
比起單槓 划船等動作訓練效果並不好?
