[問題] 可以放棄練硬舉嗎?? 實在太不舒服了~
不才小弟...認真請問各位
如果放棄硬舉不練,有其他動作取代嗎??
事情是這樣的
請了教練指導 也換過教練指導
始終無法改善練完下背酸的問題
就像啞鈴肩推我無法練完整
可是槓鈴肩推我卻可以= =
那麼硬舉呢??
有沒有其他替代方案!?
