[問題] 初學者瘦小想健身
本身是骨頭很細超瘦吃不胖的體質
172/45kg 去過一兩個月健身房 也有配合高蛋白
但感覺幾乎沒效果 想上半身變寬大 可是即使配合高蛋白也完全沒有增加體重跟肌肉
想請問要開始健身還是事前先做一些準備 吃不胖真的很困擾 整個健身房每次都我最
