[問題] 飲食及訓練請益
小弟上班族朝九晚六
身高173 , 體重65
目前執行計畫
每週2-3次
●動作:
二頭50lbs 12下 3組
仰臥起坐 100下
坐式機械飛鳥35kg 12下 3組
深蹲22.5kg 10下 3組
向上滑體60lbs 12下 3組
划船50下
●飲食
早上:起司蛋餅*2 , 豆漿or紅茶
中午:主食(牛肉麵or排骨飯or餛飩麵or披薩*3片)
下午茶:豆花 or 白煮蛋 or 香蕉*2
晚餐:主食(跟中餐差不多 或 家裡煮的)
消夜:偶爾再吃鹹水雞(一隻腿+3樣青菜)
目前已經持續9週,雖然胸肌有變大"一點"
但是腹肌跟二頭都沒啥感覺
我自己在想問題是可能吃得有點太少
然後動作部分想買教練課大約10堂左右才修正
想請問是不是飲食或動作需要修正?
或是加一些甚麼其他的東西?
