[討論] 解剖列車看肩內旋
現代人姿勢不良常常打電腦滑手機
加上很多人只用照鏡訓練法
卯起來只練胸肌
時間久了就容易出現圓肩駝背的姿勢
那麼那些肌肉緊繃容易讓人圓肩呢?
第一名當然就是大家都知道的胸大肌

胸大肌的功能我就不多講了
再來我們來看看闊背肌

注意到了嗎
闊背肌跟胸大肌一樣內收跟內旋上臂的功能
什麼?!
那駝背的人拉單槓不就越練越嚴重
沒錯
駝背不能拉單槓

我看到那些到處教人家駝背要拉單槓的都想一腳踹死他
還好很多人一下都拉不上去XD
接下來我們看看胸小肌

胸小肌由喙狀突往肋骨方向長
是很容易跑出來代償的一條肌肉
而且緊縮的胸小肌會抑制掉其他像中斜方、前鉅肌、對側的腰肌等等
也有一位治療師跟我提過
他在臨床上甚至看過胸小肌緊繃而導致跑步時對側腳抬不高的案例

沙小? 練個二頭也會駝背喔?!
黑丟 二頭肌的短頭也接在喙狀突上面
所以他緊縮時一樣會駝背

左邊的是淺前手臂線
由曲腕肌、胸大肌、闊背肌組成
所以胸大肌跟闊背肌其實是協同肌
不要因為一個胸一個背就覺得他是拮抗肌
而且他們的頭是接在同一個地方
