[問題] 基礎代謝疑問
我有個小問題請教各位巨巨
假設我基礎代謝是1600,加上運動每天消耗2000大卡,
我想要增肌減脂,那我是吃到1600就好,還是吃到2000?
如果吃到1600,那不夠的400,會是減到肌肉嗎?還是脂肪?
但是如果吃到2000不就打平,不會消到脂肪?
求解.....
