[問題] 蛋白質的補充
請問各位前輩,運動後可以補充蛋白質,最方便取得的是無糖豆漿,可是我就是不敢喝豆
漿,連有糖的也不敢喝,所以我都是補充鮮奶,但有人說鮮奶的脂肪量比較高,
那~~鮮奶到底可不可以當作運動後的蛋白質來源?
