[問題]自家練下胸
請問各位巨巨,因為在下我剛接觸健身3個月多,體態與體重都有變好,但是下胸的部份
不明顯,目前都是在家用調整重量的啞鈴自我訓練,但沒有位置放臥舉椅,所以飛鳥下斜
不知道該怎麼做,請問大家有什麼動作是不需臥舉椅就可以練下胸的嗎?
