[問題]怎麼樣的減肥最有效率
我之前連續跑一個月
每天3-5公里
之後雖然沒有瘦
不過看起來有瘦
小腿也有肌肉
不過我希望的是體重下降
尤其是屁股
有沒有什麼比較有效率的方法阿
