[問題] 用優酪乳替代冷飲?
小弟踏入重訓領域有一陣子了,
一直都不忌口,
但最近好像沒什麼進展。

俗話說三分練,七分吃,
所以最近開始打算矯正自己的飲食習慣。
吃的都還好,我可以接受清淡的飲食沒問題,
目前是覺得含糖飲料最難戒,
尤其大熱天一罐透心涼的含糖飲料簡直就是沙漠中的綠洲呀。
我的想法是先從改變飲料類型開始,
用一些健康的飲品像是優酪乳,
代替可樂之類的氣泡飲料,
不知道有沒有人跟我一樣?
不要推我喝牛奶因為我有乳糖不耐症~
也不要推我喝豆漿!因為小時候被逼喝豆漿喝到吐了!
有哪些優酪乳大家特別的推薦嗎?
例如GI值比較低, 不會讓血糖亂飆的,
或比較健康, 不會亂加一些有的沒的。
