[問題] 胸部訓練
小弟菜鳥這個月在臥推卡關,但每次都是感覺胸還有力,但手就先爆掉了,所以隔天並沒
有太大的感覺,真的很失望。所以我要先加強手臂的訓練嗎?我預計這個月一週訓練2-3
天手臂,請問可以嗎?
還有一個問題,平胸跟上胸該分天練嗎?因為每次做完平胸就沒力了......
我目前胸部菜單(平胸):
槓鈴史密斯(在士林運動中心只有史密斯)5組10下
啞鈴臥推5組8-10
機械夾胸5組12
雙槓5組10
如果還有力會做些三頭的訓練
如果想求進步是要下一次訓練提高組數和次數嗎?ex:啞鈴臥推6組11
吃的方面
早餐:好市多貝果/地瓜150克,水煮蛋
午餐:因為學生已經放暑假盡量自己煮,大概都是一碗飯大概200克,肉類200克(豬/雞
胸肉)和一大盤菜。
晚餐:同午餐
