[問題] 新手請益"身體分析"的資訊
小弟我最近開始去了學校健身房
還是屬於菜鳥階段
但先前有每天游泳約1300m
飲食的部分 分四大部分 剛這樣吃一禮拜
早餐 鮪魚蛋全麥吐司加起司 無糖豆漿 約8-9點吃
早午餐 嫩骨飯 加青菜湯 不喝湯 約1130吃
中間喝豆漿和咖啡 約1330吃
午晚餐 subway 嫩切雞肉 不醬 不胡椒 6" 零卡可樂 約1600吃
晚餐 subway 嫩切雞肉 不醬 不胡椒 6" 約1930吃
