[問題] 軀幹與枝幹消失
各位版上巨巨你們好~
我今天想要問問大家
一路訓練下來 一定很多人有不同的問題
有些人手臂總是成長的大於胸背
而有些人則是相反
而我覺得我就是手臂相對練不粗那種
(雖然都不猛 可是感覺就是投資沒報酬的感覺)
加上訓練過程中 有很長一段時間是只練伏地挺身
然後肩膀跟背也是訓練不多 到蠻近期才知道亟需改善
所以導致現在只有胸肌覺得有在進步...QQ
我知道練健身就是一分努力一分成果
但是總是聽說練多關節全身性運動 如 單槓 臥推 輔助的二三頭也能有所成長
這個說法在我同學上頗有驗證
他練一些單槓跟自重運動 手臂就有粗了
想請問這個跟體質有關嗎 骨架之類的..
還是是手臂練太少 應該要把胸的訓練時間分給手..?
又或是應該要改變手臂的訓練模式?
從原本的感受度改成拼重量呢?
有沒有可能每個人體質的不同需要的是不同練法..
