[問題] 自由槓的拱腰狀況求解
Hello,想請問版上大大……
因為我一直都是用史密斯練深蹲,大概快一年了,最近開始學習自由槓……
發現我的後腰拱的狀況很嚴重耶……

自己也會覺得有點不舒服。
最近更發現史密斯加到大重量,竟然也有凹背的情況…超懊惱的……
爬文說是核心不夠,有什麼運動或是動作技巧可以改善或是增加核心訓練的嗎………
