[問題] 駝背改善
從小就被家人說我有駝背的問題
但挺胸後一下子又開始駝背了
最近想要改善
板上的文章都建議練背
目前17歲,平時沒什麼時間去健身房
這幾天開始照網路上的方法練背:
每天趴著 手往後舉30下 一天三組
想請教這樣練對嗎?
還是在家有更好的方式做訓練?
