[問題] 攝取蛋白質
我身材186/64的瘦子
因為實在太瘦也無法接受自己看起來那麼單薄所以就加入健身
目前健身幾個月手臂有明顯的從看起來很細到開始有變粗
大腿和小腿的肌肉看起來變明顯很多比起之前都沒在運動
目前一星期會去2到3次的健身房
想來請教大大們的是攝取蛋白質
每天分散的攝取蛋白質
蛋吃幾顆才對(因為我都會一天吃個3到4顆 家人怕我蛋吃太多不好
吃蛋之外我還會吃自助餐的那種雞腿或排骨
所以餐餐都要吃蛋吃肉嗎?
因為瘦怕了所以很怕自己飲食出了狀況無法讓自己身材改變
地瓜和饅頭該選哪個做早餐的澱粉來源?
