[問題] 有關於減脂
大家好
我有一個問題
我身高193
體重82
體脂肪24 內臟脂肪8.5
我最近有在想減脂肪
所以我開始跑步
大概都跑30分鐘左右
跑跑步機
速度調10
雖然說不是天天跑
不過一個星期會跑個三 天吧
不過我不太忌口 因為我本身很容易度子餓
所以有甚麼我就吃甚麼
不過大多都是媽媽煮的
不過我跑了兩個星期了
體脂肪還是沒降 不過體重降了....
我該如何有效的減脂肪呢??
我好像都肥肚子........QQ
