[問題] 肌耐力訓練也能讓肌肉長很大嗎
這四天連續假日回老家,所以沒上健身房就在家自己運動
因為是徒手健身,所以應該算肌耐力
有一天我要練腿,我上youtube查了 leg workout at home,然後調整一下就開始做
跳越深蹲30下,做五組
做完非常累,隔天馬上痠痛
這時候想到很多腳踏車選手,大腿都非常的壯
也看過很多國外街頭健身的人,肌肉也算很大
依照我以前知道的資訊,肌肉要變大要用肌肥大訓練的方式
但是後來又看過一篇文章說,其實肌力,肌肥大,肌耐力訓練出來的肌肉量不會差很多
是不是其實不用上健身房也可以練出大肌肉?
