[問題] 拉單槓受傷
這邊想請教版上的朋友~~
小弟因為工作需求 所以必須拉單槓 一開始從0下練個兩個月後到3下
不過自己有感覺真的對手臂 肩膀負擔蠻大的...
結果一個月前禮拜三拉完單槓後沒特別感覺 到了禮拜六去打個籃球(養生的沒很激烈)
回家騎車的路上發現左手不能出力了...頓時整個人挫到 後來去了我家附近的中醫
陸續的熱敷 針灸 推拿 左手已經完全可以活動也不會感到疼痛 但是休養了一個月後
這個禮拜去拉單槓 發現左手還是無法出力 拉的時候身體整個歪一邊(因為只剩右手
支撐的力量)當下眼眶有點濕濕的...
後來馬上去看了骨科 醫生看過X光骨頭沒事(以前騎腳踏車摔倒過左肩有撞到)
跟醫生講完情況後 醫生只"推測"是肌腱受傷 但不敢肯定
所以想問版友不知有無相關經驗 現在也不知道要去哪種醫院做檢查...
P.S.搜尋過板上肌腱炎都要很久才會好 不過好像可以朝"物理治療"跟
"增生治療"這方向前進 (小弟家住新北)

感謝大家的回覆~~小弟更新一下狀況
今天去找物理治療師檢查了 最後只是擴背肌or背部的肌肉拉傷而已
判斷肌腱或韌帶受傷的機率不大 真的不放心是可以到大醫院檢查 不過
他不建議 後來幫我紓緩背部拉傷的肌肉 及放鬆後 在測試我的肌力就有增強了
雖然我是不太清楚@@" 另外小弟分享一下我的練法:初學者不要學阿~~~
我是一直狂拉單槓 極限3下 拉完後使盡全力繼續吊在那邊 之後休息5分鐘後繼續...
總共拉個5~6組(現在想想有點可怕)...另外小弟作深蹲自由槓有快兩年時間了
所以肌肉都是長在下半身 外表看起來大約62~63公斤左右 朋友聽到我68都會嚇到
