[問題] 伏地挺身練胸肌 (250P幣)
嗨嗨各位肌友 小弟今年會考生沒像從前一樣那麼多時間去健身房
但又想練胸肌 只好選擇在家默默的做伏地挺身
但小弟我發現網路上各種標準方法 ((標準的定義不是只有一個嗎??
所以就去隨便問了一下學校的體育老師 嗯~~ 也是另一種標準方法
老師說 每天100下 三個月後胸肌保證大大大
就這樣 我的胸肌之試煉就這樣開始了
先說明一下我的情況
身高172 體重72 ((有點過重.....
之前一次只能做個大概10下就要休息 慢慢的 15 20 到現在得25下
目前我的方法大概就是
1 做個25下 就跑去寫一下功課 大概10分鐘後 又在做個25下
有(ㄔㄤˊ)時(ㄔㄤˊ) 會休息超過10分鐘
2 姿勢 手跟腳的距離大概150公分 兩手肩膀寬在多一點 壓下去時手是往外彎
所以感覺肩夾骨沒有夾緊的感覺
3 呼吸 下去 上來都是吐氣 短暫的吸氣 就直接下去了
我每天至少有做到150下 假日還會更多 但我練了超過3個月
除了手臂有些微變硬 突出但也沒有到很明顯那樣 胸部分還軟趴趴的((哭
肚子用力到是戳起來硬硬的 但外圍還是有一點點((真的一點點 的肥肉
問題到底是出在哪阿!!!
不想我的努力就這樣白費了 我也想脫離肥宅的命運阿 ((肌宅?
有請各位大大解救我脫離苦海阿!!!!!!
