[問題] 請問周一休館怎麼辦
各位板巨大家好
我學校的健身房每月有一個周一休館
請問這樣就只能在周一休館的時候跟著周一休息嗎
還是有什麼徒手運動可以做呢
我練的目的是瘦身
睡覺時間固定(12點前)
三餐盡量健康,一個多月不吃炸物了
可是我好愛吃滷味跟花枝丸><
請問那能算是良好的蛋白質來源嗎?脂肪量會不會太高呢
聽說花枝丸很多都是用病死魚或凍死魚,是真的嗎...
