[問題] 槓鈴握推是否會影響三角肌表現?
因為槓鈴區很難搶
所以之前大部份胸部動,作都是以夾胸機或推胸機為主
而今天剛好有搶到槓鈴區
所以進健身房第一個動作,是先作槓鈴斜臥推,我作了4組的力竭
做完槓鈴以後,我就作肩部推舉機
發現我作和之前一樣的重量,竟然推不太起來
之前同樣重量,第一組約可推12下;今天第一組只推了6下就不行了...
我這次休息的天數並沒有比以往多天
因為我知道槓鈴握推為複合式動作
所以滿疑惑是否,是因為我先做了大重量的複合式動作
已經先消耗了我三角肌的部份力量
所以才導致今天的肩部推舉的能耐大不如前呢?
請各位大大幫小弟解惑,感謝~
