[問題] 跪求急需可以練成引體向上(單槓)的訓練
各位巨巨好,想請教一下,本魯180公分76公斤
想請教該如何訓練單槓,本魯目前一下都拉不上去。慘..
因為在五月必須測驗之故…所以必須在五月前練至至少5-6下(只要能上槓,甩也可以)
想請教板上巨巨們有什麼方法或使用器材可以訓練讓我能順利成功達陣..在艱苦的訓練都
願意嘗試..或高雄有無健身房或教練可以教學的…

目前練法是
1.減重
2.啞鈴躺著練飛鳥
3.拉矮槓練
4.伏地挺身-窄,寬版交錯練
造三餐把手的力氣搾乾

謝謝 kazuma2010大,試看看,就 伏地挺身先張開練手臂跟肩膀 漸進縮在胸旁練背肌+
背對床 屁股懸空 手撐床邊上下練 ~~可以再沒器材時加強訓練,感恩
