數字健身房的點越來越愈多了,雖然不是很完善,但新手來說還是很夠用了
數字健身房的防震墊超級薄,所以核心教練都會叫你輕放啞鈴,提供一個不用輕放的方法
給新手參考
就是拿健身房的瑜珈墊折起來,就能摔啞鈴了,硬舉也適用但最好墊兩層
動態舉重還是找專業的健身房吧
