[問題] 我的腿太弱了嗎? 求健檢菜單
本人178/83 體脂肪20%
一個禮拜練四天
胸+三角+三頭,背+二頭,腿兩天
我是要練功能性 運動表現 不是健美
看版上大大建議 深蹲+單腳深蹲+腿推+小腿蹬 各6組
可是我深蹲跟單腳深蹲無法同天做
如果同天 單腳蹲到一半腳會沒力歪掉跨下去
現在是
第一天腿 深蹲+負重蹲跳+負重蹬小腿
第二天腿 單腳深蹲+負重蹲跳+負重蹬小腿
請問我哪裡需要改進的
想讓腿更進步 謝謝!
