[心得] 力量回不去了
本人練兩年了 停三個月
今天第一次回來練
深蹲以前120KG 15下 現在 80KG 15下
大腿前推機 也是以前的3分之2重量
最重要的是我剛做小腿後推機 50公斤15下1組 竟然做到抽筋
害我好沮喪.......這樣退步算正常還是很多?
