[問題] 大家一開始練都有請教練嗎?
我是女生
(本來不太想註明但覺得男女在運動上好像有差別還是標一下)
之前去了2、3個月的健身房
都是用單次卷去的,約莫一週2、3次
因為算超新手,所以都做固定式的健身器材
深蹲、臥推、硬舉都沒有做過,沒教練教怕自己姿勢有問題
最近有人要送我月費(三個月)
但沒有預算請教練
所以想問大家一開始剛入門有人沒請教練自己摸索嗎?
因為有月費想說只做固定式好像有點浪費?
時間當然不會只局限在三個月,只是最近經濟不太好
往後也是會持續會一直練下去,不過也沒多大目標就練身體健康XD
對了,自己摸索的有新手入門資訊嗎?
在想要不要買本黃阿文的書還是參考各健身名人(館長、水肥、kevin)

當初只碰固定式也是怕自己姿勢不當受傷
以後有預算一定會請教練
但,所謂好教練感覺很難找XD
而且自己又是待在南部...不像北部好找

我自己覺得健身學問真的滿深,沒良心的教練也滿多
有點像保險XD
