[問題] 我要增加肉量!!
各位巨巨大家好!
小弟我接觸健身也大概快半年了
雖然身材有明顯改變
但還是為持原本的60kg
目前遇到的難題是增加肉量
我有試著少量多餐,
也盡量2個小時後就進食避免產生飢餓感
也盡量做到每餐都吃到撐
不過似乎還是沒增加到肉量
老實說吃到胃每次都會不太舒服
大概到了晚上就都吃不太下了。還是有吃
雖然想過乳清但因爲小弟有腎絲球病變造成的蛋白尿
再加上很多前輩都說新手不太需要喝,
所以就先不考慮了
重訓菜單是 腳、二頭三頭、斜方、背、胸
每項,各一天一小時
六日打拳和慢壘
也沒有在做其他有氧了
請問有什麼方法增重和增加肉量?
有聽說把食物打成液體喝,但好像蠻難接受的
懇請高手為小弟解惑
