[問題] 重訓後跑步到底行不行
本人在家裡買了綜合式重訓器和一台跑步機
一直都在思考到底怎麼做才正確
過去一個月
我都是重訓完就跑2公里
後來有人說這樣子的效果會不好
不過我的確還是有感覺自己比以前壯
肚子也有比較小
我的重訓不是做到力竭的感覺
重訓完慢跑也才2公里
降子會讓重訓效果變差嗎
或者降的跑步是沒有意義的事?

似乎大多數人都推薦重訓慢跑分天做
不過我其實是個超級討論跑步疲累的感覺
很怕沒有天天跑
體力就沒有練起來
以我的情況
到底該不該重訓後跑步呢
