[心得] 分享一個雞胸肉調味方式
分享個雞胸肉調味的小方法
先用百里香跟黑胡椒及少許的鹽稍微調味,之後把雞胸肉表面稍微煎過
再放入200度烤箱烤10分鐘(烤完之後要靜置10分鐘)
烤出來的雞胸肉多汁不柴~~~好吃!!!!!!
