[問題] 減脂期 適合的重訓菜單(肌力/肌耐力/肌肥大)
各位巨巨午安
小魯第一次開始進入減脂期
但發現少吃對力量大小有點影響
這樣子適合做肌耐力,有動就好
還是做肌力訓練盡量維持力量呢?
(有鑑於肌肥大這時候做應該是不太會肥大吧..XD)
