[問題] 脂肪過剩(胸部跟腹部)
大家好,我是男生
身高176/體重83,屬於過重的身材
因為平常並沒有運動的習慣,所以放縱的讓身材自行發展
剛剛先爬了一下精華區,似乎是沒辦法針對特定部位去減肥
但我也不想要練肌肉,只想要瘦下來
我的胸部看起來就像是脂肪堆積的垂下,自己低頭向下看就可以清楚的看到胸部下垂
甚至女友拿內衣給我穿我還穿得下,真的很打擊我
再來就是我的腹部因為長期坐著,造成脂肪堆積,外觀看起來就像是游泳圈一樣
目前實際測量結果腰圍應該是36腰
我知道其實我應該再多爬文了解,但是因為剛入門並不是那麼了解
想要直接詢問各位有經驗的前輩們可否提供意見給小弟參考下
如果必要我也願意提供胸部及腹部的照片
感覺好像跳有氧運動比較有用嗎?
