[問題] 二頭跟核心要放在哪一天練比較好?
各位巨巨午安
請問如果是採用P(Push) P(Pull) L(Legs)的健身計畫的話
那二頭和核心應該是放在哪一天練比較好呢?
(搞不清楚二頭的動作算是push還是pull... XD)
