[問題] 骨盆前傾的相關問題
因為男友帳號不能發文所以由我代替發問~~~
因男友有骨盆前傾的問題,所以他想問有這樣問題的人適合做硬舉與深蹲這種訓練嗎,因
為練完會覺得束脊肌很痠。
但這種全身性的訓練在課表上又不可少,來這邊希望大家為本他解決問題。
