[心得] 臭豆腐好吃又補充蛋白質
最近宵夜吃臭豆腐,營養美味,一份40元,富含蛋白質,可作為
晚餐之外的宵夜的肌肉營養額外補充,配上泡菜,富含纖維和益生菌,
對腸道很好。重點是非常美味,外酥內嫩香甜多汁的臭豆腐,配上微酸
清爽、口感脆脆的泡菜,搭配微辣醬汁是最棒的組合。
消夜吃臭豆腐真是不錯!

增肌期的話,不用擔心,訓練量夠,增肌期本來熱量攝入就要大於需求,
正餐別吃太飽,留點肚子給宵夜就好。 當然減脂期就不建議這麼做啦!
