[問題] 健身2-3週後卻不會痠痛了
大家好
打給賀
小魯大概8月底那時候
開始有固定規律的健身
不過都限於徒手居家健身那種
並沒有特別做機械器材
不過最近明顯感覺到
原本在練腹肌
會痠個24小時左右
不過最近練的幾天都不太會了
大概僅僅痠3h就停了
訓練內容基本上
仰臥起坐20*3
負重仰臥起坐10kg 12*2
抬腿 20*2
大致上如此
不知道是不是練到一陣子過後
就開始不明顯痠痛了?
