[問題] 疲累感難消…
小弟我是新手,想請問各位大大個問題。
運動完後,疲累感一直都在,尤其是肩膀…會有負重感。
要如何才能消除的徹底。
我有做到的有,
1.有吃飽(依據是沒有感覺到飢餓感)
2.有休息(有休息到48小時)
這樣為什麼超過48小時的休息後還是會疲累呢?
休息太多的關係嗎?在家躺太久的關係嗎?
之前有聽過別人分享的經驗,就是運動完喝乳清隔天比較不會酸痛。所以我運動完後該喝
乳清嗎?喝乳清可以改善此狀況嗎?
還是說有其他方法呢?
