[討論] 練腿增重?
各位巨巨好
小弟因為之前在學校要練系排
加上對深蹲硬舉這些動作不熟悉怕受傷
所以之前重訓會比較少練腿的部分
最近因為放暑假在臺北 所以開始練練看硬舉深蹲
昨天量體重發現體重有些進步
我身高176 去年7月61kg 體脂13%左右
到了今年5.6月都持續緩慢的增加到64
大概就停滯在64kg上下
然後這兩三個禮拜練完之後秤出65.2kg
想請問各位巨巨這是有可能的嗎? 還是只是巧合而已..
另外想問問看巨巨們在健身後的局部無力時有過什麼樣的日常生活障礙
自己有時候硬舉隔天 要不用手把步鞋脫掉 會讓大腿後側很爽..
還有練完三頭無力的時候 常常脫個衣服都很障礙
常常呈現這樣的動作....
