[問題] 下胸鍛鍊
小弟爬文後知道,胸肌沒有分內外,但是有分上中下,
而下胸最多人推薦的方法就是用雙槓些微前傾去練,
不過有點疑惑的是,好像大多數人練上胸跟平胸的比率較高,
且爬文看到威力版主也說他從來不練下胸的,這讓我更疑惑了QQ
是因為平胸多練肉量夠自然可以撐起下胸,還是有其他原因呢,
斜板下胸臥推跟雙槓哪個練法會更有效率呢~~
