[問題] 新手進健身房請益鍛練順序 想長胸肌臂肌為主
原PO最近想進健身房鍛練肌肉
171/58 主要是想增加胸部和手臂肌肉 讓線條明顯
不曉得應該先從哪些部分做起較合適
是先練胸肌 還是從腹肌 或背肌著手
擔心只練某一部分核心 身材比例會怪怪的
之前都是在家看p4p做伏地挺身一回合
再加上拉單槓7下左右
2~3天一次
胸部從原本平坦胸 有長了一點點出來突出來
形狀下胸較沒肉 而且感覺右胸比左胸沒肉 有些不平衡

如果運動完 喝一大杯豆漿 或黑麥汁成效是否更好?
是否應再增重 肌肉才會長的更快?
