[問題] 請問肩膀訓練
請問各位巨巨,在做肩膀的時候,像是在做側舉飛鳥。肩下沉+肩稍微後壓(挺胸)和 單
純肩下沉+挺胸 有什麼差別?? 我試前者發現背肌兩條會硬
