[問題] 練腹肌時背會痛,如何改善
在練腹肌的時候,背都會痛(在下背大概是跟腹肌對應的那邊)
導致腹肌還沒練完就因為背太不舒服而停止
爬文都說是背沒貼緊跟用到背在出力
可是常常在準備姿勢時腹肌出力,開始動作後腹肌力量又變小了,導致背痛
所以想問一下有沒有方法可以增加腹肌出力的感受或是有不容易用到背的動作?
ps.我都用器材練,有的時候剛用某器材背不會痛,可是用一陣子後,背又開始痛
今天有試著在軟墊上做,跟器材的比有比較好,可是還是有點痛
