[問題] 手腳冰冷
各位好,(原po女)
想請問板上有在訓練的女生(男生應該比較不會有手腳冰冷的問題^^")
不管是自由重量還是自體重訓或...等
有在訓練應該都比沒訓練的肌肉量多一點
不知道你們開始接觸訓練後有比較不怕冷嗎?
目前我開始訓練快4個月,伏地挺身、橋式、深蹲
瘦了5公斤...
體脂只降3%(158/51,25.5%---->158/46,22.5%)
有3公斤是脂肪,2公斤是LBM
是因為LBM流失太多以致於無法改善怕冷嗎>"<
不知道你們是怎麼樣呢?
