小弟184/64 體脂肪約10.8%(腹部外側居多
關於小弟的增重減脂菜單如下
請大大們幫忙看一下有哪裡需要加強的
飲食:
早:微糖高鈣豆漿X1 茶葉蛋X1 蛋餅或三明治X1
中 :自助餐(一飯三菜
下午:無糖高纖豆漿X1 茶葉蛋X1
晚上:家裡隨便吃 (會注意少油少鹽
宵夜:麵包2~3個或鹹豆漿+饅頭蛋
睡覺前增重乳清一杯
重訓:
二頭8X4 (12.5kg
平推5rmX5 (17.5kg
上胸5rmX5 (15kg
肩膀20X4 (22.5kg
小腿tiptoe20X4 (22.5kg
深蹲硬舉5rmX5 (約55-60kg
腹部
每週三天 一天70分鐘
重訓完會喝一罐增重乳清
