[問題] 請問我在室內做這些夠不夠?
最近一直下雨只能在寢室做運動
目前是有遇到下雨就在寢室做 深蹲100 跪姿翹腳伏地挺身100(我太重了正常的無法)
然後分成五組做,做完就靠牆壁半蹲3MIN,手撐地板練核心肌群1MIN
我知道有鄭多燕這個選擇,但我不知道為啥就有點排斥,可能不喜歡跳舞啦!
想請問萬一一直下雨我一直做這套會不會運動量太少?這種運動有能減脂嗎?
還請各位指導 Orz
PS.
最近想買無調味堅果吃,但這會不會和減脂之路有點矛盾??
