[問題] 做Leg press與慢跑所練的肌群有何不同 ??
這一兩個月都在重訓沒有跑步
以前還很常在跑步時5K約19分尾~20分半之間
這一個多月來Leg Press從120KG左右吧 進步到160KG (100下)
昨天心血來潮跑了10K左右吧 也沒很快 約五分速 今天大腿就開始酸了
本想說兩者一樣都是在練股四頭肌 加上以前有點底子
不過看樣子還是有些許差異 所以想具體了解一下差在哪?!
